good food but not so great on dessert for us. service was a lil off last year we went. enjoyed the dipped cone at the McDonald's on Atlantic but every time we asked for it here they told us 3 times on 3 separate occasions that it wasn't working and was rude to us. there was one short young lady that least tried to make one but she couldnt get it to stand so she had placed them in cups and was nice about it. in my opinion the look of this McDonald's needs an update.

I like this Mc donalds, it fast, and they usually have good service.

It was 7:20 AM and I waited 30 min for two items. The manager did not have enough people working the counter, did not apologize to any of the customers for the horrible wait time. At the very least 10 people walked out before having their order even taken. All around this was probably the worst service I had ever received from McDonalds and I have had some bad service over the years from McDonalds. II will however, say that the main office is responsive and has promised to improve the quality of service. As this is a new location it may take some time to work out the problems so a second opportunity to impress might be afforded. My take is that you stay away for another six months or so. The on site management needs more training on scheduling, customer service and communication skills.
