Kitchen USA replaced our kitchen and master bath cabinets and counter tops. They did a fantastic job! Ken and his team were great to work with. We are very pleased with the quality and service we received! The prices were very competitive if not the lowest we found. Undergoing a renovation can be a stressful undertaking. Ken and his team went above and beyond to make this it as painless as possible. They kept us updated throughout the process. The work was high quality and was completed on time and on schedule! We would definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future. We give them two thumbs up and 5 stars! A++

Had my kitchen counter tops installed 3 years ago. Best price of all the quotes from the same granite supplier. Counter still look the same as when they were installed. Been very happy with the end product. Have recommended two others and they have had the same experience.

Very good customer service! Had kitchen and 2 bathrooms countertops done in granite and I am very satisfied. Ken, the owner, delivered what he promised. Great fabrication quality and fast.Strongly recommended.

I just recently had granite counter tops and backsplash installed in my kitchen and laundry room. The purchasing process and customer service was good. The installers were very knowledgeable and extremely careful with the existing materials. My parents used Kitchen USA prior to me and they were very pleased with their services as well. I recommend Kitchen USA for your counter top needs.

I kept my existing cabinets but wanted to upscale the original formica tops. I visited the Kitchen USA showroom three times, got quotes while I was there from May along with quotes for other quartz brands and separate quotes for 2 cm. and 3cm. She was very patient with me. May completed the quotes with email confirmation. as I requested. I got three other quotes for my Cambria quartz. Only one other quote was close. The countertops came in very quickly and the installers even did a special backsplash for me from the sink cutout as they were doing the installation. Very nice guys and hard working. This thing was heavy and Ken managed to get it cut in one piece when other quotes would not. All this was done last July 2014. After many months of good use I can say I am completely happy with my choice quartz and of Kitchen USA .

We recently had Kitchen USA remodel our kitchen and with the short time span we had to work with, they did an amazing job and worked with us through the whole process. The office and the installers were friendly and kept us updated on our kitchen. We were unsure and had questions, but they helped us get a beautiful new kitchen with no problems and a warming experience. Kitchen USA is the best and we recommend them to all our family and friends!

RUN! Run as quick as you can. Kitchen USA is not a reputable company and is very unprofessional. You might think their prices are good however, In the LONG run, you will end up spending a lot of money to fix what they did poorly.



They show up late to appointments (few hours some time) and they do not take the time to install things properly. I had countertops installed in 2 bathrooms and kitchen and decided to go with Kitchen USA as I wanted to support a mom and pop shop. WOW do I regret it. Every countertop is uneven. They do not even use shims. The overhang in the kitchen which they should have cut into the countertop is just hanging there as they didn't want to spend the time and effort. My bathroom is half an inch not level. The people who came to install it didn't even both wiping the excess glue/silicone off. TERRIBLE

The cabinets and granite counter tops that Kitchen USA constructed & installed for our kitchen are beautiful, high-quality, functional, and a major improvement from what we had before (particle board, plastic brackets, pink laminate counter tops). We are very pleased!!

Kitchen USA's worker are very nice to work with,very professional during the entire of project.I use them since 3 years ago for all of my property,they have very reasonable price and good quality cabinets and granite,Ken is very helpful and patient,I have never

disappointed! I will recommend this company to all my friends!

On 12/10 I contracted Kitchen USA to install cabinets & granite countertops in my kitchen for $5408. After installation, I saw 3 scuff marks on the countertop about the size of a quarter. There was also quarter round missing from the cabinets & trim that had been damaged by the installers. I called Kitchen USA on 1/28 and told them about the problems and on 1/31, the owner Ken came out to look. He said the marks just needed to be polished and it would be an easy fix. He said he would have to order the quarter round and trim and that they would be in soon. He scheduled the granite installers to come out on 2/1, saying they would bring the quarter round and trim with them. They did not show up on 2/1 nor called to cancel. They did not come out until 2/4, & did not bring the quarter round or trim with them. When they finally arrived, they attempted to fix the marks by sanding down the surface of the granite. Doing this they actually cracked the granite to where you could feel gouges in it when running your hands along the surface & they dulled away the gloss and shine on top, extending the damaged area to 3 times the size it was before. I called Ken back on 2/5 to let him know how disappointed I was with the attempted repair and how they had only made it worse. He came back out on 2/7 to look again, and stated that they needed to polish it with a special pad & that it would once again fix it no problem. He also said the quarter round and trim had still not arrived. Since this special pad had to be ordered, he scheduled the installers to come back out on 2/18, again saying they would bring the quarter round and trim with them. When the installers arrived, once again without the quarter round and trim, they attempted to polish the countertops with this special pad. Once again, this made it worse, and now the damaged area is larger than the size of a fist! Kitchen USA is now refusing all my efforts to contact them regarding my damaged countertops and unfinished cabinets! I am completely fed up with trying to chase down these people who have done nothing but make my countertops excessively worse each time they came and do not even respect me enough as a customer to return my calls. My countertops are damaged and my cabinets are unfinished and I will now have to hire another company to repair the damage and missing cabinet pieces caused by Kitchen USA! DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!
