I had some issues with mechanics before coming to J's and I will NEVER go any where else ever again. J is the most honest mechanic in Jacksonville and his prices are very low. The actual cost of fixing my car was $200 less then the estimate I was given by J. Cheap, Fast, Friendly and Honest service :)

Wonderful service. They helped me when my car died and I was crunched for time. I have had no problems with my car since! I will go to J's automotive for all my car needs from now on!

They were so nice. My car battery died at work, and they came to where I was and did the work right there to help me avoid any towing charges. The guy was so fast that by the time I came back from using the phone (i know, get a cell phone) he was already at my car. Friendly, trustworthy, professional, and did great work. The owner offered to stay late so I could come later to pay by credit card after they were already closed. A very good experience in an industry that doesn't always have such a great reputation for such.
