Awful! I ordered flowers for my mom for Mothers Day and paid a total of $104. for carnations and flowers that were not even bloomed. I cannot believe they really delivered something that looked like that, its not like they were cheap. I have never written a review before but felt this was such a bad experience and i was so embarrassed that my mom got something that bad. Also, they did not include the card with who it was even from!
I was pleasantly surprised by a delivery to my house when recovery from happy flowers The flowers were nicely arranged, smell wonderful and look beautiful. Very nice job!
I placed an order today for a funeral and the customer service was amazing! They delivered my arrangement the same day too! Our office will definitely order through happy flowers and gifts again!
I highly recommend this florist. My order was placed over the phone from out of state. Bridget at Anything with Plants listened to my ideas and then had an arrangement made that fit my personal situation. She even emailed me a picture of the finished arrangement, per my request, so that I could see exactly what we were sending. It was beautiful, perfect in every detail - just what I wanted. Very Disappointed. I was specific on what I wanted. They sent the wrong flower basket. The balloons that were supposed to be there were not. They did put in the gift card I asked and paid for. When I called about it ,They were sure I was wrong. I found out I was overcharged , They were not nice when I asked for a refund of the overcharge and I still have not gotten it. Will Not use them again..
My wife orders flowers for me from this florist every Valentines and anniversary and they are always absolutely beautiful and last a long time!
Great selection of flowers. They specialize in readily available fresh flowers. This is a great place for someone who prefers to make their own arangements. However, they also make beautiful arrangements. If they don't have it, they can get it for you. They really will go the extra mile for their clients. They are willing to work with you on exactly what you want, whether it be for a wedding bouquet or a simple birthday bouquet. "Good enough" isn't good enough for them...they want to be and strive to be the best with their service and selection. The prices aren't too bad...maybe a little high, but well worth it for the service you receive. love happy flowers and gifts
Save yourself and keep away from this poorly managed facility. They will rip you off! Oh and i agree with all the other bad comments on here who say the good comments are staged. After an experience like mine i sure believe it!!! Shame on you for ripping people off!
I was looking for a Florist near a certain zip code and I actually selected this Florist because of the name Happy. I thought this Florist had to be great with a name like Happy Flowers. When I called to placed the birthday request, it was the owner who answered the telephone and processed the order. The birthday delivery occurred timely and was absolutely beautiful. The birthday friend was so surprised and happy. Thank you Happy Flower for the great work. I will be using you all again as soon as the need arise. It was simply marvelous to know you all honored your word and the went beyond the expectations of excellency. Thanks again and keep up the fantastic work.

This flower shop happy flowers and gifts has been very helpful and friendly over the phone and the arrangements they make are above and beyond what you ask for. Im really impressed of what you did guys..evrything were all okay, nice to look at everybody get were amazed!!!! 5 stars aren't enough!!!!Unique and gorgeous arrangements for weddings. Special Occasion service seems lackluster with this flower shop . thanks guys

STAY AWAY,SAVE YOURSELF THE EMBARRASMENT!!!, WORST FLORIST I HAVE EVER GOTTEN FLOWERS FROM, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE,NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY,COMPLETE FRAUD!!!!!!!, FLOWERS ARE NOT WHAT THEY ARE ON THEIR WEBSITE,RIP-OFF ARRIVE HALF DEAD,ROSES ARE TRIMMED DOWN TO 8" LOOK LIKE THEY WERE USED IN PREVIOUS BOUQETS, DISGUISTING, OH AND NOT TO MENTION THE CHEAP PLASTIC VASE THAT THEY USE!!!!!! ALL FOR $100
I believe some of the reviews are staged...DO NOT BUY FLOWERS FROM THIS FLORIST!!! I believe they are very young and inexperienced business people. Here are some facts about this business. 1) They artificially raised their prices during Valentine’s Day by about $12 – fraud! 2) I purchased an upgrade bouquet and the smaller one arrived – fraud! 3) I ordered a designer arrangement with special vase (themed with a certain color) and asked that they contact me if it wasn’t available – it wasn’t, the substituted and the arrangement didn’t look very much like what was in their advertised picture online. 4) The arrangement that arrived was in VERY, VERY poor condition (look at the picture I posted). Within 18 hours, the roses were drooping! 5) I called before 24 hours had past for some sort of compensation and they offered a 10% discount on a future bouquet. Can you believe it?!? I had pictures and they could have come and picked up the arrangement. The bottom line is that I wanted to surprise my wife at work with a very nice arrangement and she received something that was much worse than I could have done at a grocery store – VERY disappointed especially after spending $100 – STAY AWAY!!!
I was having a terrible week but it got so much better when I received a beautiful arrangement of daisies which are my favortie. Thanks so much for cheering me up. Sam Ladd
If you pay close attention to all the "GOOD COMMENTS" they are staged! Stay away from this horrible florists! They will rip you off!!! Save yourself and go anywhere else but here.
