Unprofessional rude, like they believe they are so good that have forgotten about service and manners. There is no reason to tolerate despicable service no matter how good you think you stitch and repair old furniture. Honestly, if there was a choice to put a -star that is what my husband and I would pick.

Greers Upholstery is owned by extremely salt of the earth, honest people. They do excellent work!! I can't even believe I'm looking at the same piece of furniture. Thank YOU!

Got a call from Mr. Greer today saying "we have never done work for you & you do not have a receit saying we did. If the negative review you posted is not removed by this weekend, we will be suing you for slander." They made us pay cash & did not give a receit when they returned our couches to my husband on Feb 20th, 2015. I know we are not alone in this as there are no reviews posted before mine for years. Sneaky, deceitful, borderline harrasment as he has called my phone 3 times this week and not left a msg. Asking people in the community to please email me if you have had prior service by this company. Thanks so much.

I was very impressed with the recent work completed by Greer's. The attention to detail and craftsmanship was outstanding. The work was done a few days before it was promised. I was very impressed with the communication, calling when there was a question to make sure the job was done correctly. I will use them again.

Worst company Ever! Save yourself the aggravation And pick someone willing to do what you're paying them for. We payed $350 for couch cushions to be fixed. They returned the couch & sat in the broken one until they left. Husband checked that cushion when they left & it wasn't touched. I call them to see what could be done. Owner screamed at me saying he will not be fixing it bc they did too much work on it already. They had a child scream into the phone as loud as they could then said "did you hear that?" Then had them scream a second time before hanging up on me. They are the worst. Would give them 0 stars if I could.

Incredible customer service! They really know what they're talking about!! Great Prices! They were able to match the fabric I had. I would recommend them to everyone!!

I was amazed at how awesome of a job they did giving my Grandmother's couch a total make over. They helped me find the perfect fabric to match my color scheme and desired texture. I still can't believe it's the same couch my Grandmother had when I look at it.



When I went in to discuss the couch with them I also ended up purchasing one of their foam rubber mattresses. It's so comfortable and easy to clean. I sleep better and have less aches in the morning. I recommend and appreciate Greer's Upholstery for their great service, friendly atmosphere, and honest business. =) =)

I recently had a couch and loveseat reupholstered by Mr Greer. I was not sure exaclty what I wanted, but I had some ideas. I told them a few of my ideas, and they were able to help me find the exact fabric I was looking for. The quality of their work was AMAZING! It looks like something right out of Thomasville. They were professional and kind. I would rate their customer service, quality, and knowledge all 5 stars!! I will definetly be telling all of my friends about them.
