I’ve been going here for 15 years. I’m not sure why they even have 1 bad review because they have the best & most variety of plants you find anywhere. Now they are always busy so maybe the ppl complaining about CS are ppl that always need their hand held LOL. My entire yard is plants & trees from here & have had some for the 15 years I’ve been shopping here so give it a try because they are really awesome. I’m just shocked at the bad reviews because if you ever drive up you will see how many ppl shop there & just him many different plants & trees they have. My husband & I love going here.

I wrote a review yesterday and I am not sure it ever made it. My wife and I shopped at Gore's on Saturday and were very pleased with the selection and quality of the plants we purchased. The service was extremely prompt, professional and friendly. We normally shop at another nursery but could not find what we wanted on Saturday and decided to give Gore's a look. The reviews on the internet for Gore's are not very complimentary but, based on our experience on Saturday, I don't understand what people were looking for. The reviews we read do not mesh with what we saw. I believe we will be changing the nursery that we normally use and switch to Gore's.

These people should go out of business, no customer service and very rude. Their plants are not lasting long as year ago. Not a good quality, Talked to the lady on the phone and got a bad feeling as I do not care, bad customer service.

I have been going to Gore's nursery for 17 years. In the last couple of years the plants there are not the same quality as before. Trees I purchased there are dying while the same type of tree next to them I bought at another place are thriving. Getting help is difficult and when you do they are curt. The staff are basically rude and unprofessional. It is definitely not the same business it use to be. Sad when I can go to Lowe's or Home depot and get better plants and receive such better customer service.

Been there several times and NEVER had a problem with customer service. I'm not a local, but now travel here because it has a great selection and good prices. Their plants are healthy and lush. Buy my Datil peper plants every year and can never eat them all.

People with good reviews will not take the time to go on the Internet for comments, but a disgruntled person might. There are plenty of choices for plants. I know he small business owners always need support from the big superstores.

I wish I could give two ratings, one for their nursery and one for their customer service. The nursery here is extraordinary. I've never seen such a variety of trees, bushes, flowers, and plants. Just beautiful. Their customer service, however, was one of the worst I've experienced. No one helped us. An old man walked by and as we asked for help he yelled "READ THE TAG" When I asked if there was someone else there to help he said "nope, its self-service here". Ok, I get it. Its your Friday. Your tired and Ill give you the benefit of the doubt. His daughter apologized for him and I felt better-UNTIL I told her we almost left and her response? "you would've lost out" Seriously?? ME? Who's competing for whos business here? Terrible experience, will never come back. YOUR loss.
