Garrison's has been doing my shoe repairs for twelve years and I have NEVER had a problem. If I had to guess I would say that they have re-heeled or resoled nearly twenty pair of shoes in these years and I feel this is a fair number to be able to judge their professionalism.

I just had two pairs of Johnson&Murphys resoled and Garrison did a great job.

BRIDES BEWARE!!!!! The OWNER of this shop is completely unprofessional and when I asked him about my RUINED wedding shoes he accused me of lying and that it was my fault that I bought shoes that were made in China. Then he lied to my face and told me he didn't care what kind of shoes they were, he wasn't going to help. I will be calling the Bridal Shop at the Avenues that recommended his services to tell them to send their business somewhere else!‎
