I'm not sure what the other reviewers are talking about but I took a nice pair of stiletto boots to get the heels re done as I had worn them to the nail and they did a wonderful job. The heel not only had new bottoms on it but they also smoothed and fixed the leather where it was peeling off due to excess wear of shoe all for $10. I will for sure be back!!!

took an expensive golf shoe in for repair took a few days and it was done however after just a few uses the sole came back off so I took it back and the lady said that don't guarantee their work

Garrison's has been doing my shoe repairs for twelve years and I have NEVER had a problem. If I had to guess I would say that they have re-heeled or resoled nearly twenty pair of shoes in these years and I feel this is a fair number to be able to judge their professionalism.

I just had two pairs of Johnson&Murphys resoled and Garrison did a great job.

BRIDES BEWARE!!!!! The OWNER of this shop is completely unprofessional and when I asked him about my RUINED wedding shoes he accused me of lying and that it was my fault that I bought shoes that were made in China. Then he lied to my face and told me he didn't care what kind of shoes they were, he wasn't going to help. I will be calling the Bridal Shop at the Avenues that recommended his services to tell them to send their business somewhere else!‎

This company customer service is absolutly terrible! I called to ask what services they provide, the wife of he owner did not understand the question "what kind of shoes do you repair?", so she hung up on me. I thought this woman was inexperienced so I decided to call back... the owner (her husband) answered. I told him that I was just hung up on by a very rude representative, which he then told me was his wife. He said "dont call my wife rude a*%@ole! I was blown away by their behavior. They apparently do not want anyone calling them about business. I will never ever do business with these people! If you do, you will reget it...
