      Florida MENTOR is a part of The MENTOR Network, which is a full-service health care services organization. Founded in 1980, it offers independent living, day habilitation and employment services to adults with developmental disabilities. Cole Vocational Services provides center-based and community-oriented programs. Florida MENTOR offers specialized health care services for people with developmental disabilities and acquired brain injuries. In addition, it supports children and adolescents with emotional, behavioral and medically complex challenges and provides home care support to adults and seniors. The center offers behavioral medical care services related to mental health, drug and alcohol rehabilitation, brain disabilities, and foster and elder care. It also organizes various activities, events and programs. It is located in Jacksonville, Fla.
