Whoever was suppose to be answering phones on Monday December 13th at around10:00 a.m. needs to be fired. I called six times. Each time I heard someone pick up the phone, heard people talking in the background, and then was hung up on every time. How much business is this company losing because someone doesn't feel like doing their job?
