I am extremely disappointed in my experience at Higgins Dental this week. I originally came in because one of my fillings had fallen out. I was extremely upset/shocked to find out that I needed my 4 wisdom teeth removed as I have never had a tooth removed in my 40 years. In my opinion, Dr. Higgins demonstrated a cavalier and flippant attitude while discussing this with me. While his bedside manner has always been blunt and no nonsense, his attitude during this visit had a profound effect on me. I left the office not only shocked, but sad and in tears. I called the next morning and spoke with the receptionist. I told her that I had a bad experience the day before and wanted to send my records to another practice for a second opinion. Her only response was “Ok, I’ll email you the release form.” I honestly thought she would have wanted to find out why I had a bad visit. I have been a patient of the office since 2012 and have referred many friends and colleagues to his office. I expected to be treated with care and compassion.

What an amazing experience . The staff was soooo friendly and actually knew what they were talking about .
I felt so at ease while I was getting my teeth work done . Dr.Higgins was so nice and gental.
I will recommend this office to my family and friends.

I was super nervous and anxious about being seen by the dentist. When i got in the chair i was made to feel at ease and they kept me in the loop the whole entire time. The dentist and his staff listened to my concerns and provided me with the best affordable options available to me. Best Dentist i've been to in years.

I can't even begin to describe how much I love this office and their staff! I have come here for everything from dental and ortho related when I got adult braces. They are wonderful!

dr higgins and his team are wonderful! i would not dream of going anywhere else. the entire staff is professional and super friendly. caroline, christy, allison, lisa and dawn are the bees knees and dr higgins is very gentle. i recommend higgins dental to everyone!!

I am 48 and have seen many dentists over the years. Dr Higgins has been such a blessing - they do not try to sell you services you not not need and the care is amazing. They get you in fast when you have an emergency and the prices have been reasonable. I have been seeing him for a few years now and i am very satisfied and just referred my mom to him as well. Dr. Higgins is great. He addresses issues and solutions in a very clear manner that makes it easy for you to talk to him about any concerns. The staff here is so loving and its always a pleasure to see them.

Dr. Higgins never fails to make sure that you are taken care of throughout the process. He constantly keeps you informed, and takes the time to stop and make sure you're doing great. Caroline was also fantastic and made sure that everything went as smoothly as possible. A+ filling experience!!
