This company has the worst customer service tech missed his window the first time by 2 hours originally told me that the repair would be $258 plus the assessment of $85 the owner called me and said because we missed our window we will do it for a total of $170.  So I said sure go ahead and repair it, worst mistake of my life.  

The day of the repair he misses his appointment window by 2 hours again!!! But I let him do the repair so it is done and taken care of.  I pay him he gives me my receipt and he tells me I have a 1 year warranty.

3 months go by and the washer breaks again, I tell them I want the first appointment of the day. They give me a time between 9-10 I take off work and wait, I called them at 10:15, the tech called me back and said he had an emergency refrigerator repair and that he could make it till 11.  He gets there and says it is the same problem as the first time, and he doesn't have the parts to fix it.  

I would not recommend this company to anyone they tried to charge me to come out and fix the washer because the warranty wasn't circled on the paper work, they are always late, and overall there customer service is horrible.

Excellent & friendly service. Had new system installed and highly recommend. The technician was very knowledgeable and I will use again.
