Worst flower service I ever used. 1st, after I placed my order online, the order confirmation had a different delivery address on it. I had to call and correct. They delivered the valentine flowers at 5pm when my wife was leaving her work. The flower bouquet looked nothing like the picture. They substituted some white daisy looking flowers for the roses that were in the bouquet. They looked like they were thrown together and did not contain half of the number of flowers that were in the picture online. Do not use this florist.

Very pleased! #1 customer service! My fianc is from europe and ordered flowers for me. Deerwood florist provided excellent service and were very helpful! Thank you for making us happy and leaving such a great impression! Will def shop with them over and over again!
