Worst experience ever, the place is extremely disorganized and the staff very unprofessional. They had my equipment for almost a month and every time I called to get the status of the repairs they said they will call back (and never did). They lied to me about one of the parts ordered saying that they received it when they really didn't (to avoid a refund). This is not a business ran by professionals with 30 years of service like they say they are. After wasting my time I had to get my equipment back still broken. They don't care about good customer service or customer satisfaction, I'm impressed that a business like this is still open. I don't recommend it to anyone. Recommendation to the owner: have ownership of your mistakes and fix them. Always place your customers first, they are the ones who keep your business running. Don't ever lie to them (lying is disrespecting), respect their time, honor what you promise, call them with updates on their equipment being repaired, and they will be loyal and come back every time. If your staff is making your business fail, consider training. If training doesn't work then change them. Good reputation doesn't just come by itself, you have to build it over time. Running a business is more than just opening your front door in the morning and close it in the afternoon. You need to build personal relations with your customers and make sure every single one of them leaves satisfied. Bad reviews will absolutely impact your business negatively. Try to avoid them by providing quality customer service. My experience with Davis Services was extremely unsatisfactory, hopefuly they will recognize and turn the business around, because if not. I see them closing their doors soon.

Weed Eater Kept stalling out. Only used Ethanol Free gas couldn't figure out why. It is only a year old. Took it to Davis. took 1 week to fix. turns out carb needed adjusting and it also had a gasket leak and it only cost me $28.00. Saved me a ton.

TO THE 149.00 CUSTOMER FOR THE FILTER AND PLUG .WE HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR 26 YEARS ,WOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS THAT LONG CHARGEING THAT .. MUST BE MOORE TO STORY THAN THAT.

Worthless. My lawn mower was conking out after running 10 minutes or so. Seemed like it was a carburetor problem. I take it to Davis Disservices. They kept it for 6 weeks. I called numerous times to check on it...3 different people said they'd call me back...never did. So I go in and it's ready. They charged me $149 for a spark plug, a fuel filter an air filter and a battery. I made them take the battery charge off...it was never the problem. I get it home,crank it up...10 minutes later it conks out. I take it back, the tech works on it 10 minutes and turns out the gas cap was the problem. Changed the gas cap and it runs fine. So I ask the owner about a refund for all of the stuff they charged me for unnecesarily...he told me to jump in a lake. And the battery? They took the charge off, they also took the new battery back but they already threw my perfectly good battery away. So they pulled one out of a junker and gave it to me. Made it sound like they were doing me a favor.
