The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. You don't work at the DMV anymore! Everyone of those women need an attitude adjustment.

I first stopped at David's Bridal at the Avenues to try on dresses I had seen online. Those women are stuck up snobs. Not very helpful I left empty handed and said I want to go to Regency. The lady had the audacity to give me a card with their employee number so she can get credit for what I buy. I arrived at regency and they had my dress waiting for me as I called ahead to see if it was available. Lorraine helped me out big time. She was attentive to my needs and didn't force merchandise on me. I will reccomend this store to my friends and family. The alterartions are very pricey. I will review on the alterations when I pick my dress up in February.

The only reason I am even giving one star is because I did get the dress of my dreams... Not before being given a dress that was way too big (they only had two sizes) and told It would take $$ alterations to fit my body and that the other size would not fit me. I left heart broken that I wasn't getting the gown I had fallen in love with, went to another shop who took time to see what size I was, went back and fit perfectly into the dress the lady said i would never fit! She was snooty and rude and I hated giving her my money!
