The Clarkson Group's initial focus was real estate investment, management and development. Group has significant experience and expertise in a broad range of assets including sale-leaseback transactions, office, retail and industrial investments. We have managed and invested in over 5, 000 apartments, hotels containing over 1, 000 rooms plus several office and industrial properties containing over 1, 000, 000 square feet. Since 1995, Mr. Clarkson has been key to the growth of the technology industry in North Florida, serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Enterprise North Florida Corporation and establishing Technology Enterprise Center. The Clarkson Group's primary areas of focus today are hospitality development and management, multi-family management, and early-stage company investments.
