Lied and took advantage of my fiance who was leasing a car. We went back in less than 24 hours after we found out that she had overpaid $250 a month on her lease. I got a quote from a dealer in south Florida who confirmed that they took advance of her. We went back to break the contract and they forced us into it. Very unethical and unprofessional. Would never do business here. The general manager did not even care. They had better service when it was Bruno's , but fields Lexus took advantage of a woman who didn't know about car leasing, were unethical and unprofessional. Forced her into a bad contract. BEWARE OF this dealer
Had a nagging tire warning light on our RX-350 that I couldn't figure out, Tom Tynan helped us and quickly solved our problem. Also had a pleasant conversation with Don Hakker about new car purchase options.....we might be back for another look. Walt Welham

My experience at Brumos Lezus of Jacksonville was great. A Loaner car was waiting as I had requested. The service person, named, Tom Tynan was courteous. He got our papers ready in a timely manner. The car we used was nice and clean, was new and up to date as what I normally drive. When we got back from our business our car was ready, clean, and the Gas Tank was full. We drove down from Valdosta, and was pleased with the service. I was pleased to see that the service area has changed since my last visit. I was pleased. The service was great, and I shall return.

I appreciated the time spent evaluating my problem and agreeing that a less expensive solution was reasonable and practical. My visit saved a lot of money for me! The only less than favorable aspect was the rather long wait despite having an appointment.

They started the work on time, after clearly telling me what needed to be done, and what it would cost. There was a comfortable, quiet room to work in, with a decent cup of coffee available, while I waited. The work was done on time, and cost what they said it would, Staff was efficient, polite and friendly. What more could you ask for?
The service was 100% satisfactory. I was greeted at the service entrance, walked to technician office, provided a loaner to get towork on time. Once the estimate was completed I was given a call around 10am with the diagnosis and informed my car would be ready that afternoon. Thank you Lexus iof JAX. Rhonda Johnson

Khai Ferguson did a great job of reviewing the needs and was very professional in his presentation. Prompt and courteous and called to update. Car returned clean. Did not like the new up charge approach for service needs. A Lexus should be beyond a menu approach to servicing the needs of this upscale vehicle.

Online appointment was very simple. Free car wash and loaner car, couldn't be easier.
I took my new Lexus in for scheduled service and was greeted by happy professional staff in a beautiful new building. Everything I heard about the wonderful Lexus was true. I am so glad to be a Lexus owner.

My service advisor was super helpful. My lexus ls a LS460 has 104,000 k miles and people who drive with me think the car is brand new.No rattles like the American cars I had in the 1970's. What does that tell you about my age and choice in fine cars? PS I still use coupons. Too bad Lexus does'nt give away toasters like the banks did in the 1950's.Jerry Albert a devoted Lexus driver.
