Having been using this business for almost two decades. All items have appraised at independent jewelers for far more than I paid. Additionally they have a policy that if you do not like a purchase bring it back and pick something else. There is never any pressure in sales.

One time he even sent me home with two rings for an anniversary because I was unsure what to buy!!! I was dumbfounded - I asked if he was serious about letting me walk out of the store with some valuable jewelry I had not paid for, he simply replied, “You will bring back the one she likes least”, and so I did.

Most importantly, they help you, educate you, never rush you, and allow you to upgrade what you have (for the additional value between what you already have and what you wish to upgrade to)

There might be some businesses who offer more for less (though I doubt it), there will never be one who treats their customers as well.
