To the person or persons who is upset probably due to the fact that they are more than likely one of the " drug dealers" who have tried to pull that type of unprofessionalism and attempt to bribe me with their drugs & nightmarish lifestyles, that are on their way to civil court. This occurs due to their inability to cooperate with bills they choose not to show consideration for. Your bills have to be paid! No way to get around it, no matter who you complain to.
