Air McCall installed our brand carrier seer 14 only last week and I'm enjoying it already. Offered with a price comparable and or less
than most competitors, I have no choice but, to sign a contract agreement. The Techreps (David&Calvin) arrived on time, confirmed our job order and very well prepared to work. They immediately dismantled my old Trane installed the new one and worked through their lunch hours having the job done earlier than I expected. The working area was cleaned leaving no trace of trash behind. Our AC went down on September 27th. We had a company evaluate the issue and they discovered we would need a completely new AC unit. We then called Air McCall to replace the unit at which time they came out on the 28th to make sure that the first company was right, which they were. The new president and his partner showed up to check out what would be needed. They were extremely thorough and made sure that we understood the next steps, the new technology and our options. The following day we got a call from the technician who showed up promptly at 8:30. Two technicians showed up. They were timely, professional, courteous, polite and hard working. They worked throughout the day until the job was done to their standards, which are very high. They cleaned up after themselves! The lead tech, Chris, went over the thermostat and the unit inside our garage to teach me how to use it and the maintenance that we would be responsible for. Right after they left, the Air McCall office called me to setup the city inspection and make sure that the job was done satisfactory. They also checked to see if I had any questions. It's not often that you find a company with high work ethic to this capacity. They do everything to the glory of God and it shows. I recently had Air McCall come out to clean my air ducts. This is the first time I have ever had this service done. It made a huge difference for my allergies (which only recently became an issue)! Toby was amazing to deal with and explained how the entire process would work. The crew was very thorough and took their time to do the job well. After another company failed to show up and then did after I told them to forget it they quoted me $225 for a capacitor without looking for the system. The AirMcCall tech showed up within the hour troubleshot the system and charged $63.00 to check the freon to remove the bad capacitor install the new one and clean the drain and explained everything. Highly professional and honest, I will not use anybody else

I had the misfortune of needing a new compressor during the heat wave of July. After unsatisfactory service from one company, my neighbor told me, "Call AirMcCall. They have the highest integrity and they are honest."
