      I want to thank Crystal in your Service Department for her great customer service with a smile. I brought my car in due to the strange noise it was making as I turned and stopped. Crystal took it for a drive and she did not hear anything strange. I asked her if we can go for a longer drive and she agreed. With her patients with me, she finally heard it due to my crazy driving. She said she probably didn't hear it cause she wasn't driving as crazy as I was. We laughed and laughed. She then agreed to keep my car and have it checked it and get back with me on the results.
