Thanks for sending a technician to my home Thursday. I'm guessing he was 17 years old, had no supplies to properly diagnose, went back to his truck to 'call his boss" for advice three times and was absolutely without clue.



A complete waste of my time. Thanks for nothing. It would be my advice for all potential customers to look elsewhere.
