These people have never done me wrong! I can honestly say i have never had a problem with AA Service & repair

On January 17, 2015, AA Service and Repair conducted a bi-annual seasonal inspection and tune-up of my A/C unit. During the inspection a small Freon leak was discovered. After quite a bit of searching, Sean the A/C service tech was finally able to locate the leak at the air handler. He determined that the minute leak was due to an improperly sealed fitting that occurred at instillation. Since the unit was still under warranty the defect was repaired at no cost. A less reputable repair service company could have charged me for labor and for some of the supplies not covered by the warranty. Thankfully Sean was on the up and up and all supplies and even the labor associated with the repairs were covered by the company.

If you want a small repair turn into $1200 expense hire this company to repair your AC, I give ZERO rating

For quality and honest service this is the best company for all your air conditioning needs! My ac unit decided to break down of course on a 100 degree day, with a heat index of 112F. They were able to squeeze me in to their already overloaded schedule, to make sure my family and I would have a cool house to sleep in. The service was prompt, courteous, and honest. They found the problem immediately and had my ac blowing cold air in under 30 minutes. I would recommend them to everybody I know. Thank you AA Service and Repair-North Florida AC!

This morning I called AA Service and Repair North Florida Air Conditioining for a repair on my Ac system. The initial phone call to th office was a great experience. The company answered on the first ring and I was able to speak to a lovely young man named Anthony. I told him all of the issues I was having with my system. He immediately took down my information and was able to schedule me an appointment to have a service man come out to my home. I called at 8am and they had someone out by 10 am. After a complete check of my air conditioning system down stairs they found that the system was operating as designed. The gentleman proceeded to crawl in my attic and do a full inspection. He found that there was a crushed duct. It must have happened when the Comcast guy was out. They were able to fix it in less than 2 hours. They were also able to look at my noisy second refrigerator that I have been putting off in my garage at the same time for a very low cost.

Thanks AA fast, friendly service on a Sunday night. Can't beat how helpful the young man that came out was. Merry Christmas!

This company is fast, courteous, reliable and charges very fair pricing. I called them after another company would not answer my calls. I was with the other company for three years for my service done on my home twice per month. I saw this company on tv and had a great experience. They were an absolutely wonderful company. They told me they could be to my home in less than three hours and I was thrilled. I had air in my home four hours later and the price was very reasonable comparably to the other company who I had used for years. I have now purchased a service agreement with this company and plan to continue to do so for the life of my system. If you are in the orange park or Jacksonville area this is the company to call. They have since serviced our home and our rental property in Jacksonville as well. Great company that will go to great lengths to make you happy.

Fixing an AC is never fun, but this company sure made it easy. They were the only company of three I called to pick up the phone on a Saturday and service with in one hour. What a great service man who came to my home. I even made him lunch since he was so sweet. They have the right service and the right price. What a great job! Well done! Ask for Michael if you call. Yesterday this company installed a system for myself and my neighbor. One of there three locations is at Philips Highway and Baymeadows right next door to woodys bbq which is right near my Deer Wood Home.

This company really cares about their customers. They did ask that I write a review, this is the least I can do. They have completed their job in less time than they thought and they had my air running before dinner. I bought the XL 15i. I am very happy with my choice.
