STAY AWAY. Really nice guy until you have a problem then it's your problem. You must have done something to cause it, certainly couldn't be anything he did. Doesn't stand behind his work, granted he is not required to fix anything but his attitude was completely different before there was a problem, now it is "bring it in to get it fixed but it will be awhile before I can get to it".
