We lived here for a year, and I have to say this about Fifty-Four Magnolia, the office staff is very friendly, and helpful. As for their maintance Dept, they are wonderful. They are polite, courtious, and don't keep you waiting, like most apartment complexes do. The apartments themselves are very good size. The rooms to the apartment we rented,Master 15x13 the second BR 15x13. Bathrooms are very good size as well. The grounds are clean and are maintained once a week. You never find trash in the parking lots. What really impressed me was how they kept flyers from fast food resturants, and the like from being put on your front door. You didn't have problems with children playing in the parking lot, so you never had to worry about running them over. The apartment complex is well kept and very clean. I can go on and on about the place, but in order for you to see what I'm talking about you would have to visit them yourself.
