We built a new house in 2014 in Starke where city utilities is quite high. We decided to spend the extra on spray foam insulation to offset the cost of electricity from Starke. We have been so pleased with the results! The house is almost 3000 square feet, with a huge attic. We have not had an electric bill over $180 since we built! We would highly recommend this company for spray foam installation; we had no problems with their workmanship, at all. Great Job! Thanks!

I contracted with Energy Seal to spray foam a crawl space and, thinking this went ok, a few years later contracted for them to spray insulating foam in the attic. The 2nd job was fraught with problems which, after 1 year and 30+ emails/calls, Energy Seal could or would not fix. The results of Energy Seal's inability to completely seal the attic resulted in humidity levels high enough to grow mold, damaged furniture stored in attic and gaps in the remaining foam. After a year of asking for help, a 2nd contractor identified and sealed the attic in a few hours at which time the humidity dropped. The 2nd contractor also found that the crawl space job was incomplete in that there was over 200 sf that Energy Seal had removed our old insulation and never foamed...is this a breach of contract? I received so many promises to fix and excuses why they couldn't.I was told I was the only one with problems but am now finding many others with similar complaints. Great sales..POOR SERVICE.
