Maplewood Health Care Center is a skilled nursing facility located off North Highland Avenue in Jackson, Tennessee. Our goal is to provide the best nursing care in Madison County. We focus on implementing continuous quality improvement measures across the entire spectrum of the healthcare services we provide. I have had family there for quite a few years, and they've always been the best. My mother's nurse, Robin Scott, has taken such good care of her and the other residents. She has such a bright smile and angelic demeanor. All of the nurses there are wonderful, but I think she definitely stands out. I would trust any one of my family members with Maplewood.
I would like to thank a nurse by the name of Judith Gaggley for making my father and myself home,she is a wonderful person to talk to.Bless you Judith....
