I am very,very disappointed in granite countertop I purchased at Lowes. The promises that were made to me were not kept. I was promised a 15 year seal and paid for a 15 year seal( on the expensive granite counter tops. I noted what was put on my countertop was a 1-3 year seal (per i googled the exact name of the product and on the website it was a one to three year seal). I had paid almost $700 for this sealer job. Months now after the countertop installation and several promises that this would be resolved and that I would get an expert to come out and apply this sealer, this is NOT going to happen. I just recevied a phone call that this will NOT happen. So several thousands of dollars spent on countertops and months later I found this out. I do not keep up with applying sealers in the past, but went with this because of lifetime sealer and now am told I will not be able to get this. I am very very disappointed with granite countertops from Lowes at Jackson,Tn.

Gentlemen, On September 6th, 2012 I visited Lowe's home center located on 671 Vann Dr. in Jackson, TN in need of some advice as to how to fix a plumbing problem in my shower in my master bath. I just wish to inform you that one of your sales specialist by the name of Hector Lagares was most helpful in assisting me even though the store was near closing. The time of my purchase on my sales receipt for that night was 20:58:21. Hector never indicated to me in any way that the store was fast approaching closing time but was determined to give me the best advice to resolve my problem. I just wanted you to know that you have one very fine sales specialist in Hector Lagares. He is most definitely a credit to your store. Respectfully, James S. JoAnne, in the paint dept., is a very wonderful, informative employee. She was extremely helpful and a joy to be around. No question was too hard or too silly. She made coming to the store a pleasurable experience. A very lovely lady with a great smile ready to help!
