Eating healthy does not mean you have to sacrifice taste. In our meals we utilize lean proteins, low glycemic index carbohydrates, fresh fruits and vegetables, heart healthy fats, and antioxidant rich spices and herbs, which allow for a nutritious life. We also use ingredients with no added hormones, such as rBST and rBGH, no GMOs, no artificial sweeteners, and absent of processed flours and sugars. We like to use locally sourced, seasonal, and organic products when available.
