WOW this place is GREAT!!!! Up todate equipment than made life sooo easy. NO puff to see your pressure in the eye. They used another piece of equipment that made life grand. Staff went out of there way to make me feel so comfortable. I like the fact that the DR. was able to check behind my eyes to make sure all was working as exspected. Would recomend this place to everyone. Up todate style on the frames to.

Went to their 'Optical Show' last weeek. They had awesome food, drinks DJ, and all the Coach and Calvin Klein glasses.Best part was I got lost and they actually drove out to meet me and escorted me back to their office.

Please listen. The Eye Center of Jackson will rob you blind. I decided to take my daughter there for new glasses. Hours before the appointment my husband gave her my ins. info because it had changed. She then told him she would call him if there were any problems. She did not call. So I proceeded to go there thinking there was no problems. When I got there she told me everything was fine and that my ins. covered up to $75 for an eye exam. I was pleased and sent my daughter back for testing. After all her exams were finished, same women told me that nothing was covered. I was outraged! She told me the stores policy had changed and they no longer take my insurance. I paid what was owed, but I did not get my daughters glasses there. I also spoke with a manager there, he said wait right here and then never came back! So I left and will never go back. I wrote all this so no one will get ripped off by these people!

All of their equipment is brand new-even the eye exam is computerized which was much easier than my guessing which is better #1 or #2! The staff is VERY friendly and they even had my glasses ready in 20 minutes! I would definitely recommend Dr. Klopfer and The Eye Center at Jackson to anyone!
