I was an elite level competitive gymnast and NOW have over 30 years of GYM experience. Since 2009. I have focused on strictly tumbling. Whether YOU are just starting OUT or looking for that college scholarship. YOU have come to the right place. With safety always a TOP concern. I emphasize correct technique and proper progressions rather than "throwing" the skills being worked on. This NOT only reduces the risk of injury. But it also allows easier learning of NEW skills down the road.
