NEVER RIDE WITH THESE PEOPLE EVER AGAIN THE MALE DISPATCHER IS SOOOOOOOO FU**ING RUDE , ITS RIDICULOUS, CONSIDERING YOUR SPENDING YOUR MONEY THEY ACT AS IF ITS COMING FROM THEIR POCKETS !!!!! CALL Deluxe better service and the driver HENRY HESTER IS WONDERFUL!!!!!!!

I made a 0730 reservation the night before to be taken to the airport. I called the company at 0710 to ask if the driver needed any assistance getting to my location (drivers in the past have needed extra direction. I was told that my route had not yet been assigned. When the driver finally arrived it was nearly 0800. The driver drove in the opposite direction and up and down the highway, intentionally running up the meter. When I questioned where he was going he threaten to put me out of the cab several times. I was so overly charged it was disgusting.

DO NOT USE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL/UNRELIABLE/UNSAFE (no seat belts in the rear)!!

This business doesn't even deserve one star based off my horrific experience.

They charged me $45 for the same route that Yellow Cab Company driver Stephany charged $30. Never ever recommend you to call them.

Was recently on a business trip to Jackson, MS and used Veterans Cab to get back and forth from the hotel to the work site for 5 days. Veterans Cab has friendly and helpful employees that went above and beyond to help our group. One of our drivers, Cricket, helped to coordinate with the other drivers to make sure that someone was available for our group at the times that we needed and she worked outside of her normal hours to help meet our needs. I will definitely use Veterans the next time I am in Jackson on business.
