Best most caring vet I've ever known!

customer service is horrible

When I went to pick up my pet from being boarded, she was covered in flees and urine. Also while waiting in the waiting room for my dog, I could her vulger language all the way to the lobby. I will never take my pet here again!

I was very pleased with my visit to this veterinarian. The receptionists were very welcoming on the phone and that pleasant impression continued once I arrived. Dr. Vaughn was very thorough with her examination of my cat. Her recommendations were reasonable, and she was very thorough with her explanations as well. She did not try and 'up sell' alot of things I did not need, which had been a problem at my last veterinarian. They also called to check on my old girl two days later to make sure she was doing well and answer any questions I might have had.



I would recommend them to anyone, and I am very pleased to have found them.
