What most reviewers don't understand is that Pull-A-Part does not have a phone number for each location. The phone number listed is for their corporate offices in Atlanta. They have friendly staff and huge variety of parts. I go in on a weekly basis and will keep going.

Apparently, the other reviewers have no idea how a typical U pull it yard works. You can go online and check their inventory of cars. Then you have to go there....and see if the part you want is still left on the car.

How do you expect people to spend their money with you when you can't even speak with a human being before you ride 35-45 miles to your place of business

I have heard you have the lowest prices but how am I supposed to get the info i need if i dont even have the option to speak to a person..... its not personal enough and when i say personal i mean you want me to spend my money with you but you cant speak to me on the phon before i drive 45 minutes to your place.... that is not good service at all

The voice system picked up background noice and thought it was me and kept starting over. You need a live person or at least have the "0" option to reach someone.

Can't talk to a real person. When I tried to check the vehicle inventory it kept giving me the wrong year. THIS SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called to find a part and where you are located, there should be a person on the phone. (can't stand your so called system, it just a way you think your saving money) I think if you can't afford to have someone to talk to me I can't afford to do business with you. Have a Good Day,
