Provided by YP.comI can not access my funds. There’s an available balance but it’s not allowing me to withdraw. All weekend long , same thing!
One ATM gave an error message and said I’ve reached my daily limit. (Hadn’t withdrawn a thing) Another ATM said it was unable to complete the transaction.
Of course no one is available over the weekend to help!
This is bad business! I had surgery a few days ago. Couldn’t even withdraw my OWN FUNDS for items I needed

Provided by YP.comRun!!!! Don't use this bank. They have more computer failures/errors than any bank. Almost all of my family banks with them. I can not access my account/money due to their continuous system errors. Twice I have been put an embarassing situation because my card was declined due to their system errors/failures.
I have never heard any other banks having theses same issues. Anybody with common sense would know to have a backup system for times like these. I understand the whether is bad, but they should have had a backup system.

Provided by YP.comUp until this point I haven't had a real problem with this credit union. Today I have a srrious one. I have been trying to get MY money out of the ATM for 3 days, most recently this morning. I can into work and immediately went to the phone to call and see what the problem is and I cannot get through the automated system to speak to a "member service rep". I am infuriated!! The phone rings and then goes busy. I need to speak to a LIVE person NOW!!!!! and when I do it will be to close my account. I realize things do happen in the world of technology but this is totally unacceptable. When one line doesn't work, there needs to be another number people can call.

Provided by YP.comMy service to date has been excellent. I am traveling out of state and have an issue that needs to be addressed immediately. The only phone number listed is automated services and does not address the situation; they are impossible to reach. I know they have phones :), I've seen them in use while waiting in the lobby. At this point, I'm not sure why they have them.
