I was a completely satisfied c...

I was a completely satisfied customer of this law firm until he hired new office help that is not properly trained. No phone etiquette. Extremely rude & NEVER RETURNS CALLS. I will never recommend or use firm again! I complained to him with no results which makes me think he condones rude behavior!!!!
