I am a Tax Attorney Conveniently Located in downtown Jackson, Mississippi. I am admitted to Practice Law in the United Stated Tax Court, Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals Federal district Courts of Mississippi, All Mississippi Courts, and all Texas Courts. Prior to entering the practice of law, I served as the Chief financial Officer of a Dallas-based insurance brokerage firm where I oversaw the company s financial accounting and tax operations. During my legal career, I have represented hundreds of taxpayers in cases involving the IRS.The Mississippi Department of Revenue (MDOR), and federal/State Criminal Investigations for Tax Evasion & Fraud. I have focused much of my law practice defending against IRS/MDOR Tax Collections; navigating through administrative tax Appeals structuring taxpayer compliance activities; and defending taxpayers in both civil and criminal tax litigation.
