This is a horrible place!! My mother was sent here thinking we would get good care! Well the therapy was ok until my mom's statement that she was having chest pain was addressed by the speech therapist by asking if she wanted a pain pill! Not let me get your nurse! My mother was very poorly medically managed here. I would be on hold for 10 minutes waiting for a nurse to come to the phone. I live in a different state so that was very unacceptable. They just basically watch my mother's health deteriorate until she was admitted back to the hospital with fluid on her lungs! The only reason they didnt freaking kill her was my father took pics of her and took them to her primary doctor along with informing him that her blood sugars was below 70 5 out of 6 days in a row! I spoke with the nurse manager, who felt it was necessary to question if I was in the medical field and what I did in this field! Oh so once i let you know I knew what BUN levels and creatine levels where you threaten??? What does what I do for a living have to do with what your are supposed to be doing which is caring for my mom! I WOULDN'T SEND A DOG HERE TO DIE!!! Oh they have not heard the last from this family!!! To bad there isn't a -10 star rating!

THE WORST PLACE. My father passed away a year ago and i still feel bad when I pass by that place. It was the worst experience. The CNAs were horrible and abusive! So many people were complaining and leaving. My dad spent his last days in that living hell.



I will say the physical therapists THAT ARE CONTRACTED OUT were good, but they are not on their staff.

Explain to he how a person can come in for rehab on a broken hip and within a week end up in Critical condition due to kidney failure when for three days he couldln't eat, said he didnt feel good and all the nurse would do was call the Doc and he would prescribe Mylanta.. My dad entered the ER with a high fever and acute kidney failure and no one in this nasty place ever examined him..thank God I got him to the ER in time and now a week later he is in a wonder Rehab center in Columbus Ms The windsor place..I would no recommend this place to anyone..its smells moldy, is depressing and the nurses I observed while there would complain with a patient pushed the buzzer for help..WTF
