WORST experience ever. order was wrong never got the corrected order. asked for a manager and he JUNIOR never came. we walked out. threatened to call the cops on me for non payment. well i finally got the manager he was rude as can be said they would remake it i said you never even brought the corrected order to the table i said we sat here over 45 minutes and never even got to eat. he comped one of the meals and we paid the difference. paying was not the problem it was the lack of service and after 45 minutes and NO food i mean HELLO...only gave a star because i had too..

I never leave reviews, but my friend and i went today and it was awful. I usually NEVER even complain at restaurants. The smell was awful, it smelt like it had not been cleaned in a couple of days. We sat down and we were one of the only people there and shortly after we ordered a few more people came. We ordered coffee and there was LIPSTICK on my coffee cup and i wiped it off so i knew it was fresh. I asked for another cup and she did not even say she was sorry and brought us another coffee cup with dried coffee on the inside? Then we waited an hour for a small order and everyone who had come in after us had gotten their order first. The food was cold when we got it and she did not even apologize for the wait. I like Ihop but i do not recommend the one in Clinton, MS. It was dirty and the service was poor.

Called a order in was told it'll be ready in 10 min got there 15 min latter order wasn't ready had to wait 30 on a call in order worst service ever
