Sorry customer service. Ordered window, took 3 months to get it. Came to put it in and was told couldn't put it in because it was originally put in by a carpenter and would ruin the framework and as pests os because it did not fit. Was told the original employee who measured it no longer works there and "my boss" will call you. Never heard from "boss" and no refund.
