I will never buy anything from David Bridal. I'm a up set up customer, they will never have worry about me purchasing anything else from them..

I had a great experience but I wasn't comfortable with the dress. I thought it was beautiful but not modest enough. Overall the staff was awesome....

David Bridal in Jackson ms is one of the worse bridal boutique I've been to i canyon even call it a boutique. Don't get me wrong the bridal associates are helpful but when it campaign down to the management n alterations it was HORRIBLE. They had me to come in four times to pick up my dress and my dress wasn't ready the first time its like they let out my dress instead of taking it in. the second time i came back and beige makeup was on my dress and it still didn't fit, the third time still makeup n dress didn't fit, i was so upset i was n tears talk to the management and they said there was nothing they could do i spent 213.00 for alterations, the fourth time my dress fitted but still had makeup on it my sister is getting married in a months she chose to get her bridal party dress there even after the hard time i had she ordered our dress inane week, later we find out they didn't have the dress n took it among their selves to change the dress without telling us i promise i don't recommend them to anyone
