I have had the absolutely worse experience ever with these people. All I wanted was to order an oven, which we did. But, you can never get anyone on the phone. They are always "out". It has been difficult to ever pay for the oven once it came it. Never would I recommend trading with Cowboy Maloney.

hello my name is KDH,I would like to say that my experience with cowboy Maloney was great.my sales associate Deaundre was very helpful and knowledgeable of the electronics which helped me make my purchase easy which was a great choice 2- 42" led lg full Hd 1080 ,60,2 Hdmi and its energy efficient.can't wait to watch it thanx cowboy Maloney's!!!

I have used Cowboy Maloney for years on all my house appliances and have never had not one problem. We have never had any problems with the customer care associates until today. I called to inquire about an item and repeated the model # to the associate and he was quite rude and told me I had the wrong model # I told him that I was looking at it on the appliance he said well it's wrong , call another store. I did and had no problems. I will not use this store again .
