Chef Christopher Freeman uses his training at the Culinary Institute of America in Napa and his love of southern food to create custom gourmet menus for every catering event. In addition to catering events, Chef Christopher will come to your house for a private cooking lesson, or prepare an elegant meal for two. Complementing his passion for great food is his passion for eating locally. He incorporates a farm-to-table approach to his menu creations by sourcing fresh local ingredients.
