I live a few blocks away from the Old Canton location. I love Back Yard Burger, but unfortunately to get a good burger I have to drive to the one on N. State Street. Their burgers are always prepared consistently, they're not burnt, and I get what I ordered. On the other hand, when I go the the Old Canton location, 9 times out of 10 a mistake will be made or the burgers will be burnt or stale. I just left there and ordered 2 cheddar burgers. When I arrived home I had two burgers with American cheese. Last week I went to the Old Canton location and ordered a cheddar burger. When I arrived home, I has a cheddar bacon burger. I don't eat pork, so I tossed the burger. I'm not sure if you have poor management or if you have too many young people working who don't pay attention. So to avoid anymore frustration when I want a good burger I won't go the one in my backyard. Instead, I'll drive about 6 or 7 miles to North State Street.
