The owner of this business came into our business to buy a part for one of his customers. He comes in at a time when our service was closed for lunch, since he did not like that the customer bagan to cus and slam doors. Mr Rowland was asked to leave nicely several times and refused to all because our service department was closed. Now he's posting things online trying to hurt our image and making threats that this is a small town and we will be sorry. I will say this customer see how Ochs powersports truly cares for its customers and gives them the best service possible. Who would want to do business with a man who acts like this then try's to bash them on social media. I'm sorry but this is something we will not stand for and there for will refuse service to mr Rowland. Even the customer he was buying this part for came into our business to apologize for his actions and will now be a customer of ochs powersports

Couldn't get any one that could find parts for my articat 400 in a reasonable amount of time took my articat to Roland powered sports got great service and got the bike back in two days very happy with the way I was treated and the service was excellent

He did a great job on out tw four wheelers and was impressed on how quick he got them done would recommend him to anyone Thanks Josh & Melissa
