Marino's Pizza & More on Parnell in Jackson MI, what can I say? My mother booked a room for a party, we walked in and waited, then waited, then waited for someone to come to the counter. Finally someone asked “what is your order”, we said we booked a room, she said “go on back”, we never been there so we explained she had to show us back.
After being shown the room we waited 20 minutes for someone to take our order at least get drinks. I went to the counter and finally someone asked what I’d like, I said we have a large party in the back room, can you go take our order, and she replies “you guys should have placed your order here before going to the back room”, I said there are many people there and my mother is disabled, can you walk there and take our order? She kind of rudely walks there and takes the order.
Before she left I asked about drinks, she said I’ll bring cups and plates. She brought cups and plates a few minutes later and quickly puts them in the table and leaves (no words spoken).
I and a few other people had to set cups aside because they were dirty, the entire place was not very clean either.
Finally the pizza arrived, pizza was okay, the sauce was not very good, and the pizza was left with nothing to serve it with besides your fingers.

I am not happy with the quality of food, service, and how dirty the cups were, just makes me think if the cups are dirty how dirty is it in the kitchen? I will never go there again.

...but the Parnall rd. location is scary old inside! I would never done in. Also tried the pear, cherry, cashew salad & it was good too.

Spring Arbor is small, and pizzaria's are few and far between. There was one place we liked that delivered, but they went out of business, so we tried Marino's, and although they do not deliver, they do have a good pizza pie! We have since ordered from them a half a dozen times, and will continue to do so. I recommend this restaurant if you are looking for good service and a delicious pizza.
