General Info
As a family-owned business, Kitchen Supply strives to bring the highest quality product into the homes of other families in order to provide the look and style they want, from classic to contemporary. After many years of experience in the home improvement business, Richard Ehnis started Kitchen Supply Company in Brooklyn, Michigan in 1970. With a new innovative counter top fabricating technique, he introduced Michigan to the one-piece CrownCove counter top. Within four years, Kitchen Supply out grew their small garage-sized shop and moved to a 3, 500 square foot facility on Hupp Avenue in Jackson. The next move was to the Commercial Exchange building on East Michigan Avenue, which tripled the company's capacity to build not only their exclusive counter tops, but also a line of custom cabinets for residential and commercial uses. In 1986, they moved to their current location on Francis Street in Vandercook Lake, across from Kruppa's Boat Mart. Here they expanded their cabinet and woodworking capabilities as well as their show room to include stock, semi-custom, and custom line of cabinets. Currently, Kitchen Supply Company is one of the largest venders in Michigan for HomeCrest Cabinetry and also sells Shiloh, Sequoia, Crystal, Omega-Dynasty, Tru-Wood, and Kitchen Kompact cabinets.
