My girls and I love this store!

I have been to Jo-Ann's many times. i enjoy the items they have there,and there service could be a little better. although sometimes i know you get people who are having a hard day,or stress in there life,hard not to bring that to work sometimes. during busy times of the day,people can get caught up in alot of things at once. for us customers we need to be understanding,and remember everybody get get there way always. wait,smile,and ask for help,and people will come to help you. I will continue to go there,and get my fabrics,and stickers.
