It is a member of the Long Island Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and the New York State Association of Real Estate Appraisers. It offers buyers services, such as home preview, sales agreement, termite inspection and title search. Located in Flushing, N.Y., the organization also has offices in Brooklyn and Bronx, N.Y. It maintains a huge online data of properties. Cruse Network of Realtors also handles investments and various loans through banking division that offers real estate refinances, second mortgages, equity loans, business property loans, first mortgages and home improvement loans. It also offers training classes on selling, listing, mortgages, law and foreclosures.
