I was told it would take no more than 2 weeks for delivery and set up, it took 6 weeks. When they finally did come, they were told to come through the 14ft pasture gate, they opted to come in our asphalt drive breaking the edges off as they pulled in. I called and sent over photos with no response. I called a week later and "supervisor" says the drive was not put down correctly and would be the same if they "were driving down the rd and the road cracked" Excuse me! Exactly what do you know about pouring an asphalt drive? My drive is broken off on the sides and needs repair from them running off the side of my drive. We have had the drive for years with no issues. They were not interested in even speaking with me or offering some sort of compensation for our badly damaged drive. Very poor customer service. DO NOT do business with this company. Check our BBB for the many other complaints! They'll be getting a new one soon!
