This is the most un-service, un-people-friendly bank I have ever encountered. My son had an account here (for a year and a half) and one day went to cash his paycheck. He had taken off the perforated record stub (which we all do, right? This is for our records!!), and the teller told him she would not cash his check because he had removed the stub!! Furthermore, she then wrote VOID on his paycheck and handed it back to him!



So I tried calling the 800 number on his behalf, and I could not get to anyone because I did not have an account number to enter on the keypad. I hit the "0" on my phone several times, and finally got put on hold. After 20 minutes on hold--I was merely trying to find out the phone number of the local branch--I hung up. Meanwhile, my son also called them, and after a half an hour on hold he got through to a "service" representative, who simply told him, after he explained the problem, "I'm sorry. There is nothing I can do." Now that is service, eh?
